7 || Anti smoking campaign

Anti smoking campaign. Students now a days are very familiar with smoking. Based on some of my research, smoking relieves stress and sometimes some of the smokers think they're cool enough. Some of the smokers are just influenced by other people.

We all know there are many disadvantages of smoking. One of these is a Lung cancer.One of the biggest and most publicized dangers of smoking is lung cancer.Not just your lungs are affected by smoking. Your heart and blood vessel health is affected as well. Smoking changes the structure of your blood vessels. So, the more you smoke, the more your blood vessels are affected. Quitting smoking can be hard for many people and you need to find the best method for your personality and lifestyle. According to some of my research there are many ways to quit smoking.If you want to quit you can help yourself.

Good thing that Asia Pacific College is now making a move to support the anti smoking campaign.
So as a non-smoker, I'm encouraging all students to support this group, this will help us a lot. If you think smoking releases your depression, no it's not. It will just kill you.Save money, save lives, stop smoking!

6 || SOM week 2015

Last October 26, 2015 is the opening of the School of Management (SoM) week.
This week is an extraordinary week. SoM week is a week for SoM students to have fun and to have some time to relax. It's not just for the sake of having fun, but it is time to have more friends and to interact with the other levels.
On the first day of the SoM week, the blocks that belongs to SoM had a parade which held around the Magallanes village. This is the day that we performed in front of the other courses. We performed there because we won in the cheers and chants competition last October 11, 2015. Different organizations made their own activities and booths for us to have an enjoyable week. 

Last October 28,2015. I joined men's doubles with my friend Rafael Ramos. In our first game I thought we can beat them but I was wrong. We lose on our first game.Luckily we won on the 2nd game. But we lose again on the third game. Well that's okay because the important thing is we enjoyed the game. 

There are many events which happened that week,one of those is the Mr. and Ms. SoM. I would like to congratulate Karyll Lapuz and Jennah Rose Cruz for winning the Mr. and Ms. SoM 2015. I would also like to congratulate the participants of the pageant.  But after that week, back to reality. Classes were held. Back to studying. But the SoM week is very memorable to all of the students especially for the frosh students like me. I'm looking forward to the next SoM week and activities!

5 || Turn left turn right

Last October 14, 2015, We've watched the movie titled turn left turn right at the audio visual room.

Turn Left Turn Tight is based on the best-selling illustrated love story of the same name by renowned Taiwanese author/artist, Jimmy Liao.
"Heung joh chow heung yau chow" is the original title of the movie which the original graphic novel was first published in the year 1999.
The movie was all about two people a named Takeshi Kaneshiro an inspiring violinist and Gigi Leung , a professional translator.They are destined to be together but by some twist of circumstances they never find each other for short they are soulmates.


So the first part of the movie I wasn't listening in short I got bored. I started listening when the time they already talking to each other and they asked each other's number and the time when they are still classmates/batch mates back then. they actually didn't know that in every moment they are staying in the same apartment building,but their paths never cross.

Not all ending are happy ending. This movie showed that there are happy endings. So After all the struggles they went through, they finally found each other.
